Consistently an A+ I bought my Jeep brand new from Ferman in June 2011 and wouldn't think of having service performed by anyone else. Brian Guest is my service adviser and provides personalized service catered to my Jeep, my driving habits (only 40,000 miles in 7 years) and my schedule. He always has time for me and my questions and works hard to ensure all are answered and addressed.

Fantastic buying experience I went in with a unique financial situation and wanted to just see if a new vehicle was feasible. I worked with David Cooper and he was utterly fantastic in working with the numbers and finding me exactly what I was looking for. Working with the finance team, I was not pressured at all to purchase any additional warranties and such. This was a very pleasant purchasing experience and would be back again the next time I need a vehicle.

Excellent experience After 2 years of research I finally took the plunge to buy a jeep. I found the exact one I was looking for online (as I am not a fan of walking into dealerships). I made the online inquiry and was called immediately by Ken Gilliam who was extremely friendly and helpful. I really wanted to buy it without going into dealership, lol.
