Service was good and pretty fast, but my only complaint is that the second time I went and they don’t offer to clean the car like most dealerships do. I don’t know if that’s only ferman Jeep lutz or whatever, but that’s my only complaint really.

2018 Ram 1500 Safety Recall I was notified by letter that there was a safety recall for my 2018 Ram 1500, so I scheduled an appointment right away with the Ferman in Lutz. When I arrived, I was greeted by service advisor Brian, who got me in and out in 30 minutes. I love fast service.
