Service on a recall Everyone was friendly from answering the phone to make an appointment, to my service rep in taking my car. My car was taken in with an expected 2 hour wait time. I was told this from the beginning. Brian was friendly and professional. He got my car in and out in 50 minutes! Record time!

Years of Great Service Ferman Jeep Chrysler has been servicing our cars for 25 years. We’ve always received excellent service from efficient and positive people. Even after moving to Orlando, when my Jeep needed a major repair, we brought it to Ferman.

Oil change and on board computer update. Brian fit me in, first class support. I came in without an appointment as a meeting that was scheduled was moved. I was pressed for time. Brian was able to get the computer upgraded and at the same time requested an oil change. Thank you Brian!

Great, honest Customer Service We were giving one of our old Jeeps to a Granddaughter, so were searching the internet for a used, 2 door, manual Wrangler. We came upon an ad for the new 2018 Wrangler JL at a price competitive to some of the used jeeps that we were looking at. And, the 23S package now includes many features that were options before. Great Experience! Brenda made my experience a great one. It was an extremely busy day and she helped each customer in a polite and courteous manner. Service department It was a wonderful experience. Anthony held my hand literally from beginning to end. he did his best to accommodate us, even though our warranty company let us down by not covering the parts that we needed. I will definitely be back.

Going the extra mile I drive past another Dodge dealership to get to this one! Their service is always reliable, they are great to work with, and when I knew it was going to be a long day of services their shuttle took me to the outlet mall with my kids. It was the perfect way to spend the day and the truck was done right when they said it would be. We will be back!
