Excellent Experience! Ken Gilliam was great. He didn't take a long time to find the vehicle. It was very clean when we got to test drive it. Ken worked a great deal for us on a pre-owned Ram 1500 Big Horn and we are very pleased with the experience with Ferman! Ken was very knowledgeable, genuine, and kind.

Great, easy deal. David Cooper was pleasant to work with. It took a long time to get the deal done (due to FCA switching color options randomly) but David stuck with it and I got the Jeep I wanted at a decent price.

Recall on Charger and ABS light on Wrangler On two different occasions with in the same week both of my vehical went in to be checked out. Both vehicles were checked in a timely manner with no problems. Every time I go in for a service, they gentleman are pleasant and professional. I'm please with there work, professionalism and courtesy.

Great. Each visit is pleasant experience. Service personnel are always helpful and courteous. Service has been excellent and timely. The dealership is a little out of the way, but is worth the drive to insure my vehicle is properly maintained
