Great Experience Arrived 10 minutes before schedule, they had oil changed, tries rotated and service complete in 35 minutes. I was doing emails, watching the news and drinking complimentary coffee - next thing I knew the called my name and car was in front of the door. Honestly, the atmosphere is so nice I want to stay - haha!

Excellent service very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Th Great service knowledgeable and friendly employees. Have serviced our vehicles since 2010 make sure your concerns are addressed and explain needs so regardless of your mechanical knowledge you can understand what is needed and why.

5 Star Dealership and Service Department Since my purchase of a new Dodge SRT Challenger in September of 2015 I have impressed at every point of my contact with this business. The purchase process was a breeze, the first time in my over 70 years of age. The Service department, starting with the service writers/advisors, and particularly the techs have proven over the last three (3) years to be one of the finest I have ever had the pleasure to deal with.

Oil Change/Plugs This service involved oil change and plugs,. This year I have put a lot of miles on my truck and have towed two cars some distance without issue. I worked Ferman before each of these trips, to ensure my truck was at peak performance. Ferman delivered, I had zero issues on each of my four trips, out of states. Feman takes exceptional care of my truck, and I will continue to have them take care of it.,
