pretty good I didn't rate a 5 star because I feel that a little more contact would be great as to how the repairs are coming along in the course of the day. For instance, our Jeep was supposed to be ready on a certain day and as the day progressed it was evident to me that it was not going to be ready, so I had to try and get someone on the phone to verify if it was going to happen or not. Great Service! Just had my Jeep in for service and as always, staff is friendly & courteous. Service dept. does a great job in taking care of my vehicle. Kevin, the Asst.
