Friendly and professional Typically, I hate buying cars for one reason - dealing with sales people. Not the case here. Chris Muniz was very easy to work with. He's honest and straightforward. I'd highly recommend him to anybody. The finance director, Robert Packard, was a pleasure to work with as well.

Excellent Service and patients beyond We went to Ferman New Port Richey for a used vehicle. Ken was our salesman. We went back and forth, and Ken was so patient with me. Our first used car purchase My husband Jim and I had a great experience buying our first used vehicle. Friendly and pleasant experience A big thank you to Tarek Kassem for making the purchase of our new vehicle a pleasant experience. We knew the mini van we wanted but the purchase was contingent on our large pet cage fitting in the side door behind the front seats. Sales/Service Fair and professional! Definitely recommend for sales. Service team helped get my day back on track. I didn't have an appointment and the service team worked my Jeep into the schedule to find out what was causing it to drive sluggish. Ended up needing a speed sensor replaced. I was out the door and on my way to work in 1-1/2 hours. Great job!
