Great experience! Tarek Kassem was helpful from the first time we called and spoke to him on the phone. Best car buying experience ever. I just bought a 2017 Jeep Compass from Ken at Ferman. It really was the best experience. He was so patient and helpful. He stayed with us for hours even after it was the end of his shift just to make sure we were 110% satisfied. He really goes above and beyond any other car salesman that I have ever met. I am going to be telling everyone looking for a car to go see him.
