Setvice Once my car goes in for service, it seems to take a long time b4 I get it back, although they do complete the service, explain what was done and what should be done to make my car better.

Great, friendly and co-operative My jeep was a guinea pig for these guys and it took them a few times to get it right, but they did it! My suspension is holding up. Mike truly appreciated my patience and i thank him for that. I was given a rental car for the time it took and truly appreciated Thanks guys you did a great job!

Provides Good and Courteous Service Scheduling an appt. is fairly easy. They follow up to confirm your appt. several ways - email & phone. Everyone is very pleasant and courteous. They detail your service and approx. costs depending on the service requested. Your vehicle is returned when completed usually in the estimated time frame and is as clean as you brought it in. So easy...friendly...and fast! After shopping for over 2 months, I found Ferman CJDR in New Port Richey online. Even though they are over 45 minutes away from my home (there are 3 other Jeep dealerships much closer), I decided to make an appointment and drive out there are check out a couple vehicles they had listed online. im happy took care of our needs, happy the way everything turned out, Roy the salesman was not pushy and was great to work with. if I ever go back I would ask for Roy's help. he understood our needs.

SO GLAD I CAME HERE TO BUY MY USED CAR Found my car on line, made an appt. to see Tarek. He was waiting for me at the door and had the car pulled up at the door with my name on it! I loved the car but didn't make a decision that day but Tarek was so nice his only concern was it was such a nice car for the price he was afraid I'd lose out on it.
