Service people are polite and courteous but mechanics are sl Service people are kind, courteous,polite,mannerly, but the mechanics are slow.An oil change took over two hours, and the waiting area had no vending machines to utilize while waiting.

Awesome car buying experience! Based off of prior experience at other dealerships I understood buying a car to be a long and tedious process. I stepped out onto the lot at Ferman and was greeted by Pete within 2 minutes. Within 20 minutes I was sitting in and test driving the Jeep I intended to buy! Pete made the whole experience so easy and hassle-free. I never expected to have such a smooth transaction. I would recommend both Ferman Chrystler Jeep Dodge Ram and Pete Andrianopoulos to anyone looking for a new vehicle

It can't get better than this. So I finally decided to purchase the Challenger that I failed to obtain while in high school in the 70s. I know I'm a little late. So I browsed Ferman's web site to narrow down my choices. The website was informative and easy to use. I went to the dealer and was greeted by Mike Moore.
