Tom B Excellent Service. Steve Brawer does a great job. I’ve been going to Ferman for over two years for my Ram 1500 and my Challenger, and I’m completely satisfied with the service department.
New Car Purchase The sales staff helped find a suitable car for us. Pete and Gennaro are very knowledgeable and were very helpful in setting up the Bluetooth for the phone connection. The features of the car were explained to us. The bathrooms are very clean as is the rest of the dealership. Eric Dugas the Business Manager worked on getting us a loan we could handle.
Overall a 4 out of five for the explained reason. The sales experience want well. The van had a dead cell battery that wasn't known till the next morning. The service dept seemed overwhelmed and took 2 hours to replace the battery. I guess I thought since i just bought it the day before they might have been able to get it in sooner...
Friendly people The only improvement would be more comfortable seating in the customer waiting area. Everything else was great. Was a bit apprehensive as I am from out of state and put my faith in this dealership's service department. If needed, I will go back.
The best of the best. Anytime I have my Jeep serviced by Ferman the staff is extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you Steve for taking the time to explain things I needed and why I needed them without being pushy as most service centers are. Overall pleased with every experience I’ve had with this dealership.
Renegade Becky was outstanding! The service activity took a little longer than anticipated. But Becky kept me informed and tried to expedite. Becky’s great! Additionally, Kyle was very helpful & professional when purchasing my Renegade. Scott went out of his way to introduce me to Becky and insure the additional dealer work I wanted done was handled correctly & cost effectively. Very impressed! Very good team! Thank you,
