Tech listened and understood. I’ve been bringing my new purchased Jeep for 2 years. 8 months ago I informed them of a tranny issue 6k miles. The other techs of course found nothing as usual. After escalating it, and escalating it, finally they assigned tech Steve B to my vehicle. After a brief call with him, and bringing in the vehicle they discovered a faulty tranny and replaced it. Great experience and personal customer service! Tarek helped us choose our new car. Not only was he polite and informative, he was also very respectful of our choice and budget and not pushy at all. We felt at home, got a great deal and will definitely do business with him again in the near future.
Several recalls and oil leak Jamie was very helpful and knowledgeable. Truck was ready in a timely manner and everything was fixed properly. Yes I will recommend this dealer to anyone that asks.
Awesome My salesman Joseph Vega was amazing He got me out of a lease that I still had left on my Civic when the Honda dealer said it was not possible and into the Compass at the price I wanted to be. This is the second vehicle that I have leased from this dealership in two months and both times it was smooth from start to finish. I will definately recommend Ferman
They where very helpful. There did very thing to help put me in a truck there were very nice. Gave me water and coffee. No donuts. Lol. Just one thing truck only had one key. So I have to buy other one for a 100.00 bucks. I feel. It should have came with two. Thank you.

Recalls Jamie is who I worked with and he was so great and helpful. Great service!!!!! Also, my appt was early and I had to wait in the lobby. I appreciated the coffee and donuts.
The mechanic department The mechanic did not do his job the service department did thier job, communication didn't happen as it should have been. I was not happy with all that went on. And the manager never called me back
