Ferman is very comfortable with no pressure Ferman is family oriented and I feel very comfortable bringing my car to Jason and the other service writers at Ferman. They always take care of my vehicle and they do not put any pressure on me to buy something I do not need.
2008 Dodge Ram Overall we are pleased with the purchase of our Dodge Ram. The only things I did not like was the fact that our credit was run 3 times when I told them not to run it more than once. We told them the monthly payment we would do and it came back higher and then I felt things were added to meet that monthly payment instead of just lowering the price of the truck to meet the payment that we had stated.
