Had a great experience dealing with William. The only thing I would say about the whole experience would be at the end of the day, they came back with a VERY high interest rate, even though my wife and I have VERY high credit score... We did not go in that day with the intention to buy a truck that day. As the process wound down, it seemed like everything was falling into place. My purchase was a strange one, as I was buying from out of state. Two hurricanes, death in the family, unexpected death in the family of the owner of the transportation broker I had scheduled with, need for wet signatures via a local notary on some of the paperwork, etc etc, made this one by far the most drawn-out and challenging vehicle purchases I've done in 39 years of buying/selling cars.
