I spoke with Mike on the phone about the vehicle I was interested in before going and he was able to talk numbers with me before I even got to the lot. My mother-in-law (Mary) and her husband (no longer with us) previously purchased their Ram 1500 from Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Their previous purchase was challenging due to financial issues which she and her husband were subjected to by no fault of their own.
