Devin was very informed about my Durangos operating modes and showed me lots of things I needed to know to make everyday driving convenient. Devin was also extremely patient and courteous and I never felt pressured like I did at the Kia place up the road . We called Scott about extending my warranty on my 21 scat pack. He answered ALL (I had a lot) my questions professionally & kindly! Never made me feel like I had to rush!
