Charger headlight replaced Service dept did a great job replacing my headlight. The only issue was they told me it would take about one hour and it took a bit over 3 hours. I had other things to accomplish that day and had to reschedule because of miscommunication about service time.

Best car buying experience yet! I walked in the door and spoke to Tarek, I told him i didnt have much time but i really wanted the 2015 Dodge Ram...1 hour later i was walking out with the keys to my new truck!! Tarek was amazing and very helpful and made a what i thought to be a scary process so easy that im honeslty still in shock the next day! Do not hesitate to go to Ferman and especially dont hesistate to speak to Tarek!

Great service Always great service whenever we have to come up there. Jamie goes far above a service Bay technician takes a time to listen I'm trying to resolve issues that I have.
