service on tire presure system jamie was very helpful with the diagnosis and the car wash was a very pleasant surprise.he kept me posted as to the progress and let me know when it was complete

Excellent dealership, great service dept. Always a pleasure dealing with the service dept. Fast service, excellent waiting room facilities. Their communication methods are excellent, making good use of text and email. Minimal wait time.

HONEST & PRAISEWORTHY My experience at Ferman CDJR of New Port Richey was both pleasurable and reassuring of the trustworthiness of this establishment, especially of Service Advisor Steve Brawer. While in for routine service for my Ram 1500 I suggested to him that I felt I may need front brakes. When my truck was ready I was so pleased to hear the brakes are fine.... no service needed at this time.
