HONEST & PRAISEWORTHY My experience at Ferman CDJR of New Port Richey was both pleasurable and reassuring of the trustworthiness of this establishment, especially of Service Advisor Steve Brawer. While in for routine service for my Ram 1500 I suggested to him that I felt I may need front brakes. When my truck was ready I was so pleased to hear the brakes are fine.... no service needed at this time. pleasent and relaxing My first interaction was with Sue. She really laid the ground work for me. She was sweet, kind and wanted to know what I was looking for in a car likes and dislikes. She gathered my data sent me some pics and info for me to look over. So by the time I arrived, I already pretty much had picked out the car for me, I just had to drive it.
