Recall repair I don't like dealing with recalls. Scheduled recall for 10AM. Was greeted promptly. Threw service writer a curve and asked for a front end alignment. Jamie called me upon completion. Everything was satisfactory and timely.

Honest evaluation of service needs I had concerns about my transmission as it appeared to be slipping. My truck was inspected and no issues were found. Jamie explained that the transmission was probably searching for a gear during quick de-ecceleration. No charge!
