Integrity! The experience at Ferman was easy and in no way painful. Tarek came out to assist us and quietly and very nicely demonstrated that he was listening to us. He led us to a couple of possibilities that didn’t quite fit our wants. Once he led us to the car we purchased, he guided us through the process..again listening to what we wanted for our trade-in and what we expected to pay for our purchase.
