No Pain I walked into Ferman before it opened and was met by Tarek. I told him what is was looking for and he showed me a few trucks that he thought I may like. One I eventually purchased. Tarek was very patient with me as I had lots of questions and know that I can be difficult. He was always pleasant and never tired( I was there for 5 hours). The deal went exactly as I envisioned it with little or no problems. Tarek is a good salesperson and great person. I highly recommend any one needing a vehicle come see him.

Called Ferman to schedule an appointment. Staff very courteous & we were given an prompt appointment. The car was repaired in 24 hours to our satisfaction.
