awesome My 1st time here. I usually get maintenance in Tampa but I’ll be coming back. Staff was awesome and quick. Only waited about an hour or so. Price was cheaper than the dealership I’ve been going too.

Friendly, Open, and Honest This service center, advisors and service department manager are top notch. The experience that I have had with them is the #1 reason that I bought a second vehicle there. I have also had great experiences with my salesperson and finance person.

Worth the 2.5 hour drive resulting in a 2020 RAM REBEL 12 After calling Ferman's to confirm the 2020 Ram Rebel12 was still available my wife and I drove 2.5 hours from rural Gilchrist county. We had no appointment set up in advance for a test drive. I spoke with Sara Gore over the phone the a couple of days prior expressing my interest. Nail in Tire I had a nail in tire and was told by the service department to bring my Jeep in and they wiuld take care of it. Ferman's Garage has an excellent service department!! They removed the nail and checked the other tires.
