Tarek was great and doesn't do any of the games. He is direct and genuine. Never plays around and is a good guy. I was pleasantly surprised.

My visit to Ferman Chrysler was a very short notice visit being that I am from ohio and my Ram diesel was having some issues on my way to my vacation destination. Steven was helpful, professional and efficient in scheduling and managing my repair. My Jeep needed a new radio, oil change, alignment, and wheel balancing/rotating. All went smoothly, no delays.
Mike Cantrell car salesman was a pleasure to work with spent the time to explain everything to us on vehicle and did well to point out things I probably would not have known without him pointing these things out John Widing also went the extra mile and getting the finances to meet our needs and the options for service to cover after the sale. He was also a pleasure to work with.
Tarek did an awesome job when we bought our new to us Jeep. He was upfront and honest about the entire deal. He has a great sense of humor too. Always good when dealing with all that paperwork LOL
