very good experience They were very helpful and efficient with getting me the vehicle I wanted. Usually when I've bought a car in the past, I wind up sitting around for hours and usually waste a whole day. But, I was there maybe 2 hours at the most before I was in my car driving home. I thought that was incredible.
After shopping around and going back and forth with pricing from another dealership for several days, we found a pre-owned vehicle at Ferman. I spoke on the phone with Tarek on Thursday late afternoon and by Friday morning he had a finance approval and a competitive price for us. He is direct and doesn’t play games which we appreciated. Great Service and quick turn around. The truck was towed in on Saturday with hole in transmission cover. Picked up on Wednesday all fixed and ready to go. Also was given a loaner truck.
