We totaled our car and started looking to replace it with a car on CarGurus. Mark the sales manager in used cars was very helpful when we called him about the car and when we came in to look at it. Tina, the sales associate, was very knowledgeable when we test drove the Escape. She was also very helpful in the sales closing process. Scott in finance got us a low interest rate through our credit union and provided some very valuable information on maintenance and care of our vehicle.
