Met Expectations with no Hassle Was greeted at the door, shown vehicles that met all my criteria and had all prime features explained and demonstrated. Salesperson was congenial and informative. Whole purchase process was efficient and explained fully. This is my second new vehicle purchase from Ferman's of Tarpon and I have not been disappointed.

Above and Beyond "Above and beyond" are the words I would use to describe my experience with Ferman Auto Group. They are very professional, detailed, organized and friendly. I bought a 2015 Corvette Stingray from Craig Creager, the car needed to be shipped from Tarpon Springs, Florida to Cleveland, Ohio and he made the whole experience seamless. Easy breezzy!! Our sales man Bogi made the process easy and convenient. He understood right away what we were looking for and was very helpful explaining our options. I am also glad that he took his time in a nice and calm way to explain the car niece features and how they work. The process with Greg the finance manager was also easy, fast and orderly. I did not timed it but the whole process felt quick and that I did not have to wait excessive time for answers and paper work to be completed.
