Great experience, awesome and friendly service I wish I could add extra stars to the rating. Came to Ferman on a recommendation and immediately could tell why. Franco helped me get set up with a 2016 Jeep Cherokee and was incredible the whole way. 2018 Camaro Mark Laird was honest, straightforward, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had performed my own research, and Mark was very accommodating & respectful of my time, and the conditions I had stated for trading in my old vehicle & purchasing a new one. He was practical, respectful & honest during the negotiation and made certain I was satisfied about all aspects of the deal. Bogi was great but had a bad expereince with the financial p I dealt with Bogi and he was great. He was personable, helpful and easy to deal with. However I had a very bad experience with the financial person as he deceived us and I had to go back to the dealership to discuss the situation. Ed, the General Manager and Bogi again were helpful and are resolving the issue. Overall Bogi was the best and I appreciate his help and cordial approach in negotiating the sell.
