Ferman Delivers Ferman would do well to clone Mssrs. Phil Marchitelli and Steve Kikta. They know the business. They are not "pushy salesmem types". (I know that Mr. Kikta is not a saleman, but, he does present alertative extended warranties, for instance). As customers we felt in charge of what we wanted and they were facilitators. I think those are characteristics of Professional Salespersons. Mr. Marchitelli knew every feature in the vehicles and Mr. Kikta was just as up-to-date on the cars, as well. Not like any other dealerships! This is my 6th vehicle purchased from Ferman Chevrolet of Tarpon. We came in with a price set in mind and were able to work it out to meet that price. Friendly Staff! Everyone at the dealership was very friendly! Great coffee and donuts!
