Fast, excellent service Service was completed fast. Guest waiting area was comfortable & clean. They serve fresh donuts & coffee & also have free wifi. Tom was very friendly & made the whole process very easy.

A great dealership Great people and great experience They gave me my GM employee discount with no questions and no hassle. They did not pressure me to buy any add-ons or other items. I was from out of town, and the car I bought had needed dealer installed items, and they agreed to overnight them to me at no charge, saving me from staying over the weekend. Sarah even helped me get my Sirius XM account straightened out. These folks go the extra mile.

Service dept The service dept was very helpful and on a short notice fixed my car just like that. And was under warranty. Great job to the service dept. got my Chevy 2014 Cruze back abd she is driving so much better. I will always come to this Chevy dealership. Thank you again

Going the extra mile After visiting another dealer who was not willing to attempt to meet my needs, we stopped at Ferman just to check inventory. After speaking with Keith and Chance, they were able to work numbers within reason of what I was looking to spend.
