Service Department I have used Ferman Service in Tarpon Springs for my Equinox for 10 years. I bought a second Equinox from their Sales Dept and also take it there for service. Tom M. has always been my Service Consultant. He is a pleasure to deal with and I always trust he is doing what needs to be done on my vehicles. The facility is very nice, Shannon was extremely friendly and efficient, the technician that worked on my car was very thorough and covered all of the items that l wanted taken care of. 2nd time around Came in for Jay Van Doren as he's gone above and beyond for us several times. Bogi was a fantastic addition, we are rather hard to please and hate to be pressured.
