Service rep Steve Kikta, was very helpful, professional and had everything ready to pick up the car in the timeframe he had given me. I am here in FL for only a couple of weeks, did not buy my car from Ferman Chevrolet but was treated as if I had. Very happy with the service I received from Ferman Chevrolet.
