Second vehicle I’ve purchased from Ferman. 100% satisfied both times. Jose “Lou” Bernier was the right salesman for me. Informed, efficient, personable. I highly recommend Lou. My daughter is in need of a new vehicle. When we go shopping, we will go see Lou first. Charlie Cox handled the details promptly and courteously.
