Grant was a joy to work with. He was kind, communicative and easy to talk to. The dealership was fair with my trade (which was pivotal to my purchase) and Charlie in finance was the icing on the cake getting me a better rate than I had expected. Mark Laird was great! I called him ahead of time, told him what I needed, he explained the process and he delivered as promised! Dan Foster was nice & handled my financing very efficiently. I was there & done within an hour. I highly recommend them both & it was nice to be able to go to Ferman Chevy & trust that I would be taken care of.
Jesse was very personable and not pushy at all. He was honest and down to earth. He made the process smooth.

Mark was incredible my helpful and gave us a great offer on our trade in and worked with us on financing for our needs as well. We also enjoyed working with Colton in the finance office. We had a great experience overall! Came in just to check things out and left with a new truck!
