Two trips instead of one My truck had a recall. Ferman called me about it and I set up an appointment only to discover the part was not there (after they had my truck for 3 hours). The second appointment went much better and they even washed my car but big deal .... I could wash my car in 20 minutes. I asked for a discount on the next oil change for the waste of my time ... my offer was another free car wash. Not acceptable. Very poor first impression. I will say the people were very pleasant on both visits.

Phil, Brett and the rest of the Ferman team were very professional, courteous, friendly and patient. They all went that 100% plus to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. They took the time to explain in detail our purchase before we finalized anything.
