This was my first visit to Ferman Chevrolet in Tarpon Springs. My salesman, Andres Gonzalez made me feel welcome right away when he came outside to greet me. Andres is a very friendly, professional & knowledgeable person. He went out of his way to make my test drive of 2 new Chevy Sparks, (an Automatic and a 5 Speed) an enjoyable experience. Totally great experience. Rob is always awesome and very attentive to my needs. He always makes sure to wash my ZO6 as well. Which I greatly appreciate since it is really hard for this old geezer to get down that low to wash it.
