Thank you for being a dealership that cares about people not just sales. Our experience at Ferman Chevrolet in Tarpon Springs Fl. was nothing less than perfect. Mr. Ferman you should be proud of your sales staff. My daughter and son in-law are looking for a new vehicle as well hopefully they will be treated the same way. Broken Motor Mount Tom Meinhold greeted me cheerfully as always, to check on a hard shifting (an occasional "clunk") problem. I left the vehicle for service. Tom arranged for a shuttle ride home, with a very pleasant driver. Tom called soon with the diagnosis: a broken motor mount, not the expensive transmission problem that I feared. The motor mount was repaired and the same cheerful shuttle driver returned me to the dealership to retrieve my vehicle.
