Ferman Chevrolet is by far the Best Service Department in the area. I have lived in three other states and never have I seen a Dealership like this. It doesn't mater if you are there for service or to purchase a car the personnel is friendly and just want to help make your visit outstanding, and they succeed on all accounts.

Brought my 14 Corvette in for oil change ,brake check and battery test. Tom, as usual was great,took hood care of me and my car. Took a couple of minutes to charge the battery so it could be tested.All was taken care of and I was on my way,no problems.

The complimentary coffee and doughnuts are Great, and the associate's are very knowledgeable, curtious, friendly, and accommodating. The showroom floor is always fun to walk around and look at the Newest vehicles.
