my experience buying a new car We were greeted very friendly and offered water coffee and doughnuts. We asked for Greg , he was available right away answered all our questions explaining everything we wanted to know. Bought Two Cars My daughter and I drove 2.5 hours from Ft. Myers to look at a Kia Optima that was exactly what she wanted. Unexpectedly, Ferman also had the Mini Cooper Countryman I had planned to start looking for in the next few months. The Ft. Myers Mini dealership had 17 Minis in stock, none of which were the right combination of model, color, features, and price, so the drive was well worth it. The people we dealt with at Ferman were great. In 40+ years of car buying, this was probably the best experience I've had.

Third times the Charm! Loving my new 2019 Traverse! Norman was great! Altho I'm not understanding why it takes so long, glad we waited it out. This is our 3rd car bought from Ferman and will be buying another one within 2 years for my son who will be driving then.

Just SO happy with my new car! Had the best experience ever in getting a new car. Salesman Pat sent us a video and we bought a Nissan Sentra that night.
