The entire buying process was very good. The salesman was wonderful and did a great job. The windshield was cracked a small star and they offered me $100 to take it the way or they would fix it while I waited. I decided to let them fix it, and when the repair was completed, it looked no better than the original crack I asked for the hundred dollars they offer me in the beginning because it did not take care of the problem with no response from management. I think that situation could’ve been handled a lot better.
It is a pleasure working with Patrick and Bogi. They have earned our trust and respect by always trying to give us that little something extra. We appreciate the 'family' experience ....
When I got to the dealership they were over friendly and very polite and replaced my damaged part immediately without an appointment - Every employee we saw was friendly too - I really appreciate all they did for us
