The customer service and staff are always very good. The only other feedback I would give is that the service itself always takes forever. Our last appointment was for an oil change scheduled at 9:30am. We were not able to pick the car back up until 5:30pm? Sadly, this is always the case. We use you guys for all of our services but have learned to prepare to be without the car for the entire day. Thank you!
