So far, Ferman has addressed all the issues I’ve had with my new Colorado truck without question. It’s been in twice for warranty issues and has to go back again when parts come in. I have never seen such bad quality control on any new vehicle I have owned I. 45 yes of driving. That is not Ferman’s fault and they continue to try and make it right.
