Ivan was wonderful he didn't pressure my husband into getting something he didn't want. Ivan went out of his way to get my husband what he was looking for, get drove to another dealership to get truck he wanted. My husband is very picking in what he wanted. Ivan was it best.

We had visited the other Ferman Chevy location and had a HORRIBLE experience. I called this location and spoke with Ken who was very fast in having Laz, the salesman, call me back and within 2 hours we were driving away in a new to us van!
