Ivan was our sales representative and he was outstanding! He was always available to answer our questions. He was very knowledgeable about the features in our new Equinox and before leaving the dealership he had set up all our devices. Everything was easy from start to finish!
Emailed the dealership about the vehicle I purchased. I got the final out the door price easily unlike many dealerships in the area. I was greeted by Ivan the next day and the process was a breeze. He was professional and knowledgeable.

I loved that even after buying the car he followed up with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

Ordered the vehicle online and picked up at Ferman. Ivan was great and showed me the features of the car. I had my financing through my credit union set so all good there.
Ivan answered the questions we had about the car and was very pleasant and not pushy like some sales people are. We negotiated a deal that worked for us and then we were on our way with the car.
