After a HORRID experience at the other Ferman Chevy, we were reluctant to give this dealer a shot. I am so glad we did! Laz M. Was possibly one of the nicest salesman I have ever met and Ken was an awesome finance person. We not only found the "unicorn" car that other dealers said we couldn't but they got us in the price and payment we wanted for it. I'm sad I can only give them a 5 star review because they deserve more. This was the only time that we have walked into a dealer and actually felt heard and welcomed, not to mention never once got annoyed or agitated. I will never go to another dealer.

We had visited the other Ferman Chevy location and had a
HORRIBLE experience. I called this location and spoke with Ken who was very fast in having Laz, the salesman, call me back and within 2 hours we were driving away in a new to us van! They were very kind, responsive, got us a great loan, and earned our business for life. This was the best car buying experience that my husband and I have ever had.

I’m glad I chose Ferman to do business with. Some other dealerships I stopped by prior to coming to Ferman were too pushy with the sale and I didn’t feel that they were being honest or fair on price. When I got to Ferman I was able to pick out my car from used car lot with options. I was balling on a budget and they saved me some money with this purchase. The car I got is a 2019 Traverse. And what a deal did I get. The Monty payments were roughly 100$ less than what I was expecting. I am glad to be part of the Ferman family. They have a great team and great deals. 6/5 stars ⭐️

We were driving down Dale Mabry when I blew a tire on the way to a dinner (reservations at 6, it was about 5:20) with my 11year old daughter as well. I would typically call my husband for him to come rescue me, however he had recently passed away. We were at the very end of the driveway by the street after I had pulled into the lot. I was looking at the tire thinking we would be waiting hours for a tow, knowing we would miss our dinner. All of a sudden an employee at Ferman Chevrolet came walking down the driveway. His name is Jeffery Brown. He asked if we were ok and I told him we blew a tire. He told me to pull under the awning by the front of the store as it was raining that day. He asked if I had a spare and started changing my tire. I was blown away that he was doing this for us as we hadn’t been customers or anything. I want to note that he did this on his own, there were 4 young guys all standing there talking and not one asked if we or he needed any help. It touched me because you could tell his knees weren’t the best and he was still willing to do it. You cannot find customer service like that anymore. I would definitely buy a car from him if I ever need a Chevy. Oh and the best part he did it so quickly trying to make sure we made our reservations, and we were a minute early!!!
