Even with arriving prior to my scheduled service appointment, I was courteously greeted and sent into the customer waiting lounge within minutes after arriving. Oil change and tire pressure corrections were quickly completed and I was on my way out not even having time to finish looking at and handling my e-mail. Thanks!
I traded in a brand new Honda into a used Mustang, and Justin Rook was able to work with me on my trade to help me not go so upside down into the “new to me” car. Very pleasant experience, even in finance. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything extra or to hurry through paper work. 10/10 would come back! But not for awhile because I LOVE my new car :) thanks again!
