Recommendedmy new suv had a minor issue this past weekend called Ron king the gentleman that sold me my car he told me to come in today for service. As I arrived informed the service department who I was they already knew I was coming even with all the cars in line for service I was treated great the service tech Joe Marc took my suv right in Ron showed up made sure everything went great my wait time was very short couldn't asked for better service than when I bought my suv. thanks guys you are awesome
My wife and I went to so many l dealerships in Tampa, Lakeland, Wesley Chapel, Lutz and Brandon. Ferman of Tampa on hwy 60 had the best deals and friendliest salespeople we met. My wife found the SUV she has been looking for and we haggled and got the deal we were happy to say yes,, we will take it. Shout out to Nada for her great personality, knowledge and help.
Thank you to the member of your staff in the Collision Service for helping us! Driver door was blown open and made driving at high speeds extremely loud. Collision was able to make the door stable again so we could drive home to Michigan. Very thankful for your member’s wonderful customer service! Top notch! John and his team were able to do the seemingly impossible...we were turned away by other dealerships. He was able to do no money down, no haggling over price, the monthly payment is affordable and we got a great deal. He and his team exceeded all expectations...and he is a cool dude!!!

I have been buying cars and trucks from Ferman Tampa since 1998. My most recent purchase is a 2020 Silverado 2500. We will be buying a 2021 Equinox as soon as they come out.
