Just purchased my 2nd Chevy from Ferman Chevy yesterday. The reason i went back was because of my 1st exceptional experience with my sales person Frank Iarrobino. This week we purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler from Aaron Beard at Ferman. He was the nicest and most helpful salesman I have ever bought from. I recommend the automotive service at Ferman Chevrolet! My 94 Camaro was recklessly repaired by a shop in NE Ohio and I relocated after contacting this shops General Manager for recompense. Just got back from Chevrolet with my 2013 Scion FR-S the sales man Justin Rook was simply amazing made me feel comfortable and at home even when my Bank was acting up and they hung up on my twice Justin said don't worries and started to take action and instead of saying i guess we can't he said well find a way and we did the service was VIP and would definetly recommend for anyone who's looking for a car
Mazin our salesman was just as professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle as he could be and personable to boot!! Rob Crowley the general manager made all the numbers work for us. We drove from Sarasota to Brandon after searching for over a week at every dealership in Sarasota and Venice with no luck at any of them. These guys were just top notch.
