"Excellent job." Warren, the service manager at Ferman, went above and beyond to get my truck fixed correctly. The issue with my truck was a tricky, not easily fixed issue which required extensive communication with the GM motherhip. Warren did not have to do this, yet he did and was able to get my truck fixed while I have heard that other dealerships still do not know how to fix this issue.
