"Service, oil change" Car took into service at appointment time. Our wait time was about right for oil and tire rotation. We asked for bus to shop at Wire Grass Mall rather than sit in wait room, bus never came for us. I like your service that's why we drive down from Homosassa. We did try the car wash coupon and liked wash it provided, thank you.

"Follow up to a previous issue" I believe, Warren Brooks, Ferman service director, listened well to my concerns, reviewed and researched my issue in a expected fashion as a professional auto lead would do. Craig Payer Ferman Service Adviser communicated very well via text, email and phone which needs to be the norm. Feels like a whole new service team has been assembled at Ferman. Lastly. Gerardy Perez, Ferman Repair Tech corrected my issue better than expected with great pride. Great New Team. I recommend them.
