For years we were coming to the dealership like to our family and were treated likewise. We would suggest, however the little improvement in training of the receptionist Christina who assumed a position of expert and management to estimate on the phone charges for yearly maintenance and limiting connections with service people. For almost a year we were not able to speak with Matt or Sharon for any reason. Christina would, in rather unpleasant way, refused connection. Matt and Sharon were excellent the whole team at Ferman makes up a wonderful dealership.
Service great. No loaner so took valet to my gym. When time to leave I was told the valet was a distance away so I had to call my wife to pick me up and drive me to the dealership. This is my third new Volvo, two purchased from Ferman and all three serviced exclusively by Ferman. Prior to covid I always got a loaner. None since. I was told that the loaners were booked weeks in advance. Not pleased with this aspect of service.
They were quick and very helpful in managing an out of state transaction. Every step went smoothly.
Appreciate all the time Jim Baker spent instructing us on the nuances of our new XC40 Volvo all-electric car. We love the car and the people at Ferman. Thank you all so much!
