My husband and I were looking for a used car and trading in our SRX Caddy. Bogi was our sales person. From the time he met us at the door he was friendly and helpful. He showed us a 2020 XT6 that we test drove and bought. He was knowledge and answered every question we had. We had since had to call him after the sale. He answered his direct line and helped us while we were on the road.

Service reception is wonderful. Service said they balanced my tires and I was charged for it. Within a hour of leaving I had the low tire pressure light come on. One tire was really low so I had to take care of it and recalibrate. I don't think they were check at all.

Sharon provided excellent customer service. She was able to fit my car into the service schedule without an appointment. The repair was completed in a timely manner. The technicians always do a great job.
Jim was informative and knowledgeable but also efficient with his responses. Answered every question I had. There was a little wait because of thunderstorms.
I made an appointment and opted to wait. Waiting room was clean, airy, stocked with pastries and coffee, and service was prompt. I did wait but they were clear about how long. Car was taken care of and I was on my way. From the moment I bought the car there, these people have been very professional. I am hoping to stay with Volvo for my next vehicle.
