The service center failed to text us when the car was ready. When I called the service center was about to close so instead of picking up the car late we decided to get the car the next morning. The service manager apologized and I decided to have some extra brake work done. I asked if there were any coupons for discounts and they said no. However two days later I received a 10% off coupon via email! I would like that discount to be applied retroactively for our inconvenience.

My hubby and I visited them last month to see what our options were as our Lease was ending soon. We worked with Michael Kashton, Michael Russo and the Manager Chris Roy. They were all very professional, knowledgeable and worked with us to acquire a new Lease upgrading from a 2022 XC90 to a 2024 XC90. We went from just checking out our options, to driving off with a new vehicle. It was shortest time I've ever spent in a dealership to get a new vehicle.
